Rashi is the founder member of Vision Mission Foundation. She has conducted numerous awareness, education and certification programs.

Responsible for conceptualizing and program management of Community Outreach Programs:

• Launched Project ORANGE NOIDA (Obesity Reduction and Awareness and Screening of Noncommunicable Diseases through Group Education in Children and Adolescents) in 2013 with Technical Guidance from Mohan Diabetes Research Foundation.
• Launched Project SAND (Screening and Awareness of Noncommunicable Diseases) in 2011.
• Selected by the 'International Diabetes Federation 'as a 'Young Leader in Diabetes' and participated in the' IDF Young Leaders in Diabetes Programme ' at WDC 2015 - Vancouver'.
• Launched skill development programs for minimally educated unemployed youth (in 2014), in association with National Skill Development Council (NSDC).
• Led set up of infrastructure, facilities, staffing and processes for all departments in VMF.

Appointed as Vice Chairperson of Life Buoy Child Health Congress 2010 and was responsible for Planning, Execution & Implementation of:

• Blue Lighting of Historical Monuments. (13th November 2010) in NCRI
• 'SANKALP' a docu-drama film on the courage & motivation of children suffering from Diabetes.
• Human Blue Ring of over 10,000 school children (14th November 2010)
